subpar maintenance

cracked tiles

The overall maintenance was subpar. the bathroom door didn’t close. We also found some cracked tiles in the room, which made it feel neglected. Additionally, the old carpet left a lot to be desired.

The lady at reception was super friendly. We got a room on the first floor, which made it easy with our luggage. The air conditioning worked well, and the shower was clean. Parking was simple and accessible. It was just okay for the price.

i almost wanted to give a good review, but the musty, moldy smell destroyed my stay. as someone who expects special treatment, where was my complimentary gesture? i guess the management forgot about that too. very disappointing, to say the least.

We had a nice stay with our child at this cozy spot. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was despite its proximity to US 78. The WiFi was reliable, making it easy for the kids to catch up on shows.

My wife says that the pillows could use some improvement.

Couple looking for budget comfort

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable! i was surprised how quiet it was given the location near the freeway.
